Prin urmare, este necesar s\u0103 se stabileasc\u0103 o leg\u0103tur\u0103 \u00eentre conceptele \u0219tiin\u021bifice \u0219i subiectele ample, cum ar fi <strong>efectele schimb\u0103rilor climatice<\/strong>, \u0219i <strong>o continu\u0103 formare profesional\u0103 a cadrelor didactice<\/strong> este esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru a integra educa\u021bia pentru durabilitate \u00een programele \u0219colare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_tab][et_pb_tab title=&#8221;OBIECTIVELE PROIECTULUI&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.22.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proiectul <strong>\u00ee\u0219i<\/strong> <strong>propune<\/strong>: <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Crearea unei noi <strong>metodologii de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare prin serviciul \u00een folosul comunit\u0103\u021bii<\/strong> pentru \u0219colile gimnaziale\/liceale, orientat\u0103 spre monitorizarea \u0219i protec\u021bia biodiversit\u0103\u021bii vegetale locale.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u0103 formeze profesori, personal \u0219colar \u0219i lideri<\/strong> cu privire la metodologia de service-learning (\u00eenv\u0103\u021bare prin servicii \u00een folosul comunit\u0103\u021bii) aplicat\u0103 pentru monitorizarea biodiversit\u0103\u021bii vegetale, oferindu-le o <strong>nou\u0103 oportunitate pedagogic\u0103<\/strong> elevilor, care se va dovedi benefic\u0103 pentru comunitate \u00een general.<\/li>\n<li>Cre\u0219terea procentului de <strong>medii vegetale europene monitorizate<\/strong> <strong>efectiv<\/strong> \u00een mod regulat.<\/li>\n<li>Promovarea unui nou <strong>model de ini\u021biativ\u0103 cet\u0103\u021beneasc\u0103<\/strong> la nivel local dedicat\u0103 biodiversit\u0103\u021bii plantelor, realizat\u0103 de \u0219coli.<\/li>\n<li>\u00cembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea calit\u0103\u021bii <strong>\u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii STEM<\/strong> pentru elevii din \u0219colile gimnaziale\/liceale prin proiecte inovatoare.<\/li>\n<li>Corelarea programelor \u0219i a obiectivelor de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare ale elevilor cu nevoile reale ale comunit\u0103\u021bii, ceea ce <strong>dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219te vechea metod\u0103 de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare pasiv\u0103<\/strong>, \u00een care elevii doar primesc informa\u021bii de la profesori, f\u0103r\u0103 feedback sau aplica\u021bii practice.<\/li>\n<li><span>Cre\u0219terea <strong>angajamentului \u0219i a particip\u0103rii elevilor<\/strong>, comb\u0103t\u00e2nd astfel abandonul \u0219colar timpuriu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Promovarea<\/strong> cet\u0103\u021beniei active, a protec\u021biei mediului, a incluziunii sociale \u0219i a stabilirii unei cooper\u0103ri structurate pe termen lung \u00eentre \u0219coli \u0219i p\u0103r\u021bile interesate la nivel local.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prin realizarea obiectivelor principale ale proiectului, LEAF va determina, de asemenea:<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Sprijinirea<\/strong> dezvolt\u0103rii competen\u021belor de sustenabilitate \u00een conformitate cu Strategia European\u0103 de Sustenabilitate Cadrul european de competen\u021be \u00een materie de sustenabilitate (GreenComp). Prin intermediul educa\u021biei, proiectul \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 fac\u0103 din profesori \u0219i elevi agen\u021bi ai schimb\u0103rii.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>S\u0103 ofere<\/strong> profesorilor o oportunitate unic\u0103 de dezvoltare profesional\u0103 continu\u0103 pentru a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi abilit\u0103\u021bile lor \u00een utilizarea unor abord\u0103ri didactice inovatoare \u0219i multidisciplinare.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/et_pb_tab][et_pb_tab title=&#8221;GRUPURI \u0162INT\u0102&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.22.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><em>GRUPUL \u021aINT\u0102 DIRECT<\/em> prev\u0103zut pentru proiectul LEAF sunt <strong>cadrele didactice din \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul gimnazial\/liceal<\/strong> care se ocup\u0103 de biodiversitate \u0219i studii de mediu, care vor beneficia de o oportunitate inovatoare de dezvoltare profesional\u0103 continu\u0103 (DPC). <strong>Rolul profesorului<\/strong> se extinde \u0219i devine tot mai solicitant, deoarece se a\u0219teapt\u0103 ca ace\u0219tia s\u0103 utilizeze o mare varietate de metode, instrumente \u0219i abord\u0103ri \u0219i s\u0103 le adapteze la nevoilor elevilor. Programele educa\u021biei prin servicii \u00een folosul comunit\u0103\u021bii <strong>faciliteaz\u0103<\/strong> aceast\u0103 tranzi\u021bie gener\u00e2nd abilit\u0103\u021bi interpersonale, abilit\u0103\u021bi de rezolvare a problemelor, ini\u021biativ\u0103 \u0219i cet\u0103\u021benie activ\u0103, ra\u021bionament etic, precum \u0219i \u00een\u021belegere social\u0103 \u0219i politic\u0103. \u00cen plus, se \u00eencurajeaz\u0103 dob\u00e2ndirea abilit\u0103\u021bilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare pe tot parcursul vie\u021bii, respectiv motiva\u021bia \u0219i autoreglarea pentru studiu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>P\u0102R\u021aILE INTERESATE<\/em><\/p>\n<p>PERSONALUL \u0218COLAR: prin expunerea la proiecte practice de sustenabilitate \u00een cadrul \u0219colii \u0219i la nivel local, personalul \u0219colii va fi informat cu privire la ini\u021biativele \u0219colii privind sustenabilitatea mediului \u00a0\u0219i invitat s\u0103 participe, \u00een vederea abord\u0103rii sustenabilit\u0103\u021bii la nivelul \u00eentregii \u0219coli, care va vedea implicarea \u00eentregului personal.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0102RIN\u021aII: familiile elevilor vor con\u0219tientiza importan\u021ba protej\u0103rii mediului prin comportamentul lor zilnic.<\/p>\n<p>COMUNITATEA LOCAL\u0102: educa\u021bia prin servicii \u00een folosul comunit\u0103\u021bii va presupune atingerea societ\u0103\u021bii civile, a administra\u021biilor publice, sectorului industrial \u0219i sectorului non-profit.
